Everything we know so far, and what we’re still figuring out.
A phone app that teaches restaurant staff their own restaurant’s menu, wine list, cocktails and allergens, a few minutes at a time.
Restaurant owners and GMs, chefs, bar managers and sommeliers, servers and bartenders, and people who want their first restaurant job.
Not yet. We're building it with a small group of Vancouver restaurants first. You can get in touch to be one of them, or join early access.
We haven't set public pricing yet. Early partner restaurants get Friends & Family pricing, and we'll go through the terms with you directly.
Someone on your team uploads what you already have: your menu, recipe book, wine list and cocktail recipes. Mount Foodie turns it into lessons and quizzes, and nothing reaches your staff until your team approves it. When the menu changes, Mount Foodie flags which dishes need updating.
Yes. Your chef confirms the allergens for every dish, and your servers get tested on them, then retested when a dish changes. It backs up your kitchen's allergy procedures. It doesn't replace them.
No. Shadow shifts are where people learn the floor, and that still takes time on the floor. Mount Foodie covers the menu, so shadow shifts can focus on everything else.

Introduce us to your manager or owner, and you'll get free early access to Mount Foodie before it launches.
Yes. Join early access. It's free. No catch. You'll learn the basics before your first shift: restaurant lingo, how service works, and what's expected in fine dining.
